If you do not know the E-mail address you used to make your purchase(s) we'll be happy to look it up for you. Just send an E-mail request to support@projectseven.com.

How can I download my product(s) if I no longer use the email address I placed the order with?

If the email address you used to make your purchase(s) is no longer active we'll be happy to update you order history to reflect you current E-mail address. Just send an E-mail request to support@projectseven.com and be sure to provide the complete street address and phone number used to make one of your prior purchases so that we can verify your identity.
